Located in the heart of the river and music attractions, Cooper’s New Braunfels location started cooking over mesquite coals and serving meat right off the pit in October of 2008, the same way our flagship location in Llano has been cooking and serving guests since 1962. For your dining experience the New Braunfels location has Cooper’s traditional picnic style seating in a large main dining room as well as outdoor seating in a tree lined greenbelt.
