We like to say that Pho 4 Star was born on Kim’s kitchen table. She’s operated our restaurant for over 10 years – with the creativity, passion, and patience it takes to cook inventive vietnamese dishes. Our origins begin as most great stories do: with a beautiful family.
The Dinh family immigrated to the United States from Vietnam when Kim was just a young girl. With them, her humble family carried century-old family recipes. In her mother’s kitchen, Kim learned the art of cooking well. With a taste for rich flavors and a desire for excellence, Kim honed her ability to delight guests with her food. After graduating from the University of Minnesota and leaving a management position with Dillard’s, Kim devoted her life to building restaurants people would love to visit. Fast forward to today and Kim remains as resilient as bamboo (the tree she admires most.).
